Najlepszym wyborem renderując animację jest bezstratny format graficzny, np .tga. Opcje formatu i rozdzielczość możesz ustawić w Render Settings, znajdziesz to w:

następnie przechodząc do menu Rendering wybierz Render> Batch Render [opt] w menu zaznacz opcję use all available processors jeśli posiadasz więcej niż jedną jednostkę i wciskając Batch Render rozpoczniesz renderowanie klatek animacji. Wyrenderowane klatki znajdują się w Moje Dokument> Maya> Project>Images (zależnie od wcześniej zdefiniowanego projektu sceny). Po zakończeniu procesu renderowania w pasku Help Line lub w Script Editorze ukaże się Rendering Done.
